1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary. You must be thirteen (13) years or older at the time of entry to be eligible for this contest. To enter without purchase, mail your first and last name, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries mush be received by August 29, 2008. Additionally, every purchase made between August 1, 2008 and August 29, 2008 at http://www.secstore.com/ will be automatically entered to win. The contest begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on August 1, 2008 ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on August 29, 2008. The winners will be selected by September 5, 2008.

2. PRIZE: $100 gift certificate redeemable at http://www.secstore.com/. Ten (10) prizes available. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. If a potential winner cannot be reached by telephone or does not respond to email communication within five (5) days after notification is sent, or in the event any potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules for any reason, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected at random. If a potential winner does not properly claim their prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will successively attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the prize in question after such attempts have been made, the prize may go unawarded. If a minor wins a prize, the prize will be awarded in the minor's behalf to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documentation and ensure compliance with all of these Official Rules. No prize transfers or cash alternatives permitted. All decisions of the Sponsors or their designees are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Except as otherwise prohibited herein or by applicable law, this Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located in the U.S. and are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older as of entry date. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees of TeamFanShop, its respective parents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter the contest. In order to be eligible for prizes, we must be able to contact the winners via the email address or telephone number provided on their order or mail-in entry. The winner agrees to allow TeamFanShop to post his or her name on our Web site, or in other material, in conjunction with the announcement of their winning. Any contestant who cannot be reached at the email or telephone number provided, or who will not agree to allow his or her name to be announced as a winner on any TeamFanShop Web site, will not be eligible to receive prizes.

4. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

5. TAXES, EXPENSES AND OTHER CONSEQUENCES OF WINNING: Income or other taxes on prizes or other expenses related to the acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. By accepting, or agreeing to accept a prize, the winner acknowledges, understands and agrees that he or she and any individual benefiting from such prize is and/or are solely responsible for the consequences and implications that may arise in connection with any other obligations or agreements by which he or she may be bound. The release of liability referred to below, which all winners of $100 or more will be required to sign will include an indemnification in favor of the Sponsors with respect to any such responsibility and decision.

As a condition of receiving a prize of $100 or more, within (6) six days of receiving notification, the potential prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Acceptance form, which will also include a release from liability and a publicity release (unless prohibited by law) associated with the contest. The publicity release will require the winner to agree that the Sponsors and their designees may use their names, voices, photographs, likenesses, addresses (city and state), biographical and company information, prize information and/or statements about this sweepstakes for promotional, marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media worldwide, in any form and format, at the discretion of the Sponsors, without further notice, nor any limitation, restriction or compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS: TeamFanShop reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entries from consideration for other reasons not explicitly stated in the terms and conditions described above. Any disqualified entry will be returned by email, with an explanation of the reason for disqualification. You are entering this contest at your own risk. A decision regarding the contest winner is final. You must agree that, regardless of the outcome, you will not challenge the decisions of TeamFanShop or file any claims or suits against TeamFanShop, their affiliates, directors, officers, or employees, arising from the conduct of the contest. You agree that TeamFanShop may, in its sole discretion terminate this contest without any liability to you. TeamFanShop reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.

7. PRIVACY: Without limiting the generality of our usage rights under these rules, by entering this contest you also agree to TeamFanShop's use of your personal information as described in the Web site Privacy Policy.

8. EMAIL OPT-IN: By entering this contest and providing your email address, you verify that you would like to be added to our email list and that you will now allow TeamFanShop to send periodic information pertaining to sales or promotions at SEC Store. You may opt-out at any time.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: TeamFanShop is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest. You expressly agree that use of the SEC Store Web site is at your sole risk.

10. AUTHORITY TO REGISTER AND/OR TO ACT AS AGENT: You represent and warrant to TeamFanShop that you have full legal authority to enter this contest on SEC Store. In addition, if you are entering third parties, you represent and warrant that you have been duly authorized to act as agent on behalf of such parties in completing this entry. By proceeding with this contest entry, you agree that the terms and conditions of this contest shall apply equally to you and to any third parties for whom you are acting as agent.

11. COMPLIANCE WITH CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA): You represent and warrant that, in compliance with COPPA, you are over thirteen (13) years of age, and that if you are entering a child under fourteen (14) years of age you are the parent of such child, and do hereby consent to the collection of such child's personal information by Football Fanatics.

12. APPLICABLE LAW; CONSENT TO JURISDICTION: The Football Fanatics site, as well as its affiliate's sites (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Football Fanatics from its offices within the state of Florida in the United States. By entering this contest, both you and TeamFanShop agree that the statutes and laws of the state of Florida, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to this contest, or other use of the SEC Store site. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with TeamFanShop resides in the courts of the state of Florida and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the state of Florida in connection with any dispute including any claim involving TeamFanShop or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers. This contest may be subject to additional federal, state or local laws. The winners are responsible for any applicable fees or taxes.

13. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
